William Hill, a large British bookmaker, has a poker room that is a part of the Wagerlogic network. Crypto, as bonus hunters affectionately call them, provide software to a number of online casinos and sportsbooks - EACH of which will offer you a monthly bonus!
Because Crypto provides the software for casinos and sportsbooks, there are a lot of crazy bad players. I saw a guy bet $100 into a $3 pot when I had flopped the nuts. The bonuses have attracted a number of fairly decent tight players, but most of them are playing three or four tables at once to clear the bonus in a hurry, so won't be playing at their best.
Crypto have a good selection of tournaments, thse are mostly smaller buyins (they have 2 + 0.25 buyin tournaments every half hour, in peak times at least), but there are larger tournaments as well. The best of these is the 12,000 pound guarantee (20+2 buyin maximum 600 people, there's usually only about 500 entrants, so there's a bit of overlay).
The cashier system is kind of slow (usually two or three days for cashouts) once you get a stupid pin number from E-Cash Direct. After your first deposit, they send you a snail mail with the pin number in it, so your initial deposit will be tied up for up to 10 days. Support tries to be helpful, but the fragmented nature of the system (Cryptologic runs the poker software, E-Cash runs the cashier, and the card room runs the rest) means that it can be difficult to find the right people to ask. They also rely heavily on form responses.
The software is acceptable. The table kills my sound card, so when the music stops, I know it's time to fold (or watch the screen pop up to show whatever auto-action I checked actually happening). The tables are nicely laid out and the important things (like bet size, pot size, etc) are obvious at glance. The tournament lobbies provide up to date information (one of my gripes about some other programs is that you can't tell what sort of chip position you are in during a multi).
The crypto skins are perhaps *the* secret to making a nice monthly take for low limit players.
